Information for Exhibitors

Exhibitors will receive a 3m x 3m (approximate) space with a table and two chairs. They will also receive a poster board to mount graphics and a company name sign.

The industrial exhibition will be held in the Balbeggie Room at Westpark Conference Centre. Delegate registration, technical sessions and papers will take place in the Sidlaw Suite, with coffee breaks in the Balbeggie Room to maximise interaction between delegates and exhibitors.

Exhibitors will be able to begin setting up their stall in the Balbeggie Room from 9 a.m. on Monday, 17 September. (Conference registration for delegates takes place from 12.) For the convenience of exhibitors, exhibitor registration will take place in the Balbeggie Room. Exhibitors are of course welcome to join delegates, during delegate registration, for coffee and a buffet lunch outside the Sidlaw Suite.

The exhibitor's fee includes full conference participation for one person.
