Tours and Social Events
Sunday Tour
Sunday 16th September: For early arrivals, a tour will be offered of Glamis Castle (home to the late Queen Mother and Shakespeare's Macbeth), Fettercairn distillery (birthplace of a wonderful whisky) and Dunottar Castle (a fantastic, ancient ruined castle perched on a rock overlooking the sea). This will be a full day tour 9:00 am to 6:45 pm. Companions are welcome.

The tour bus will pick up from Dundee Hotels as follows:-
- 9.00am Invercarse Hotel
- 9.15am Travelodge Dundee Central
- 9.30am Hilton Dundee
- 9.40am Apex Hotel
Icebreaker
Monday, 17th September, 5.30pm: Icebreaker event at Discovery Point, including civic reception and tour of Scott's ship Discovery.
Buses going to Discovery Point will leave from West Park Conference Centre at 5.10pm.
Gala Dinner
Tuesday 18 September: Gala dinner at Guthrie Castle with Scottish Entertainment. Note: Companions are welcome to attend the Gala dinner and Castles tour.
Buses will take delegates from West Park Conference Centre to the hotels at 6.35pm. The buses will then collect from the hotels at 7.20pm to go to the Gala Dinner at Guthrie Castle.
